    "content": "I mentioned, in that Statement, that two of the children were found murdered. Part of the question was a request to the Government to compensate and even support the families with the burial. One of the families, a very humble family, could not have a decent burial for their child. They could not afford a coffin. We had to do a harambee to support them. If one looks at what families are going through and there is a public officer sitting in the office of a Cabinet Secretary, comfortable for two or three weeks and not taking time to appreciate the pain the families are going through, it is very challenging.
