    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to take this opportunity to thank the Chairperson for that statement. However, I want to seek the following clarification; first, how much is paid for every delivery? Secondly; what is the Government doing to ensure that the facilities – you cannot talk about supporting free maternity and the facilities are not up to date. In my county, I want to ask the chairperson to indicate the steps the Government is doing to ensure that they improve maternity services within the counties and what steps they are doing to ensure that there is co-operation between the Ministry of Health and the county governments in ensuring that there is upgrade of facilities in our counties in order to ensure that we have safe deliveries."
