    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not explaining why I am asking the question. I am expounding on why it is very necessary for the Minister to have a clear picture of what I am asking. One of the officers mentioned in that Report is the Investments Secretary and her integrity in terms of advising on investments--- As we speak, she is still in office. That, to me, looks like the Government is not serious with the management of its affairs. Could the Minister explain why the Government has applied double standards in the treatment of its officers? It asked some to step aside because of parliamentary reports while some are still in office as is the case presently."
