    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, last week we had a very fruitful meeting where we had invited all hon. Members of Parliament and the chief officers from my Ministry. We had about five hours of discussions for the hon. Members from the dry areas to prioritize what they want our Ministry to do. In that meeting, we agreed that we are going to have another meeting where we shall invite all the district water officers so that we can have an interactive and a co-ordinated effort between them and the hon. Members of Parliament. What was very surprising is that some of the hon. Members who have problems in their own areas did not come for that meeting.
