    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what I can say is that some of the works that are said to have been done at the grassroots, it is only the hon. Members who can tell us at the headquarters that the work has not been done. That is why I thought that if we could have that interactive meeting, then the hon. Members could tell us when the district water officers are here, that certain water projects were never done and may be even the money was misappropriated. It is the hon. Members who can tell us the truth on the ground because they are the ones who come from those areas."
