    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wanted to suggest, with the concurrence of the Senator, a better way of dealing with this because we have dealt with it before and like he said, we have not brought a very comprehensive answer. I want to suggest a meeting where we will get the Treasury and the county government CEC member for Finance to appear before our committee. The issue of reconciling the two figures is a matter that we dealt with earlier and were not able to get a satisfactory response because the county government argues that there are delays and the Treasury says there are no delays. So, I would have requested that if we can invite these two parties next week and the Senator joins us to get a more comprehensive statement from both."
