    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the distinguished Senator from Meru County is not in the chamber, he is out there on very distinguished national duty, Co-Chairing the Joint Committee on Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) with Sen. Orengo. So, on his behalf, I would want to welcome the students and encourage them to be good students. We have not heard of any dormitory burnt in their school yet and we hope there will be none. Their distinguished Senator is much respected in this House. He is called “the King” and we hope that on his behalf, we can make you as comfortable and be able to learn as you possibly can."
