    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for also allowing me this chance to welcome the two schools; Loreto High School, Limuru and Nkuene Girls High School to this House. I wish them the best of their stay here and luck as they continue preparing for their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams this year. I warn them that cheating of exams which was prevalent last year---. That should be something of the past and should not be entertained. Students should be discouraged from imagining that burning of schools and dormitories is a solution to their problems. It is not a solution but a problem created to the parents."
