It was printed like it was Kerugoya because most of the towns were the former towns and it also included “Kerugoya urban area”. The words “urban area” could be the contagious phrase. Kerugoya area stretches up to Kutus. Some of you might not know the geography of that area. The difference between Kerugoya and Kutus is only six kilometres and not very far. It is almost like a walking distance to me. It is even shorter than the 21 of 42 kilometre marathons. I thank my colleagues for agreeing with me and supporting that the headquarters be moved to Kerugoya. To me, this amendment is coming at the right time. If it does not come now the way we are discussing, it will haunt the residents of Kirinyaga for the rest of their lives. Students, sons and daughters in Kirinyaga will hold us responsible for not amending the Bill the way I am doing now. I hope that all should be well ---"
