"content": "The other Petition was presented on 30th March 2016. Hon. David Karithi, Member for Tigania West Constituency also presented a Petition in this House regarding the relocation and construction of K.K. Nkengechia Primary School on behalf of pupils and parents of the Primary School. The Petitioner had prayed that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing recommends that the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development through the Kenya Architectural Association (KAA), builds a school to enhance continuation of interrupted learning. We invited the CS and the Member was present. The CS recommended it and said that they have put Kshs80 million to relocate this school this financial year. The Petitioner was happy with that recommendation. I do not see him here, but he attended the meeting."
