    "content": "The Committee is in support of ranking of institutions of basic education. However, the bone of contention in this matter is on the criteria to be applied in order to achieve the intended result of ranking without only concentrating on academic ranking. The Committee proposes that optimum results both academic performance in national examination and co-curricular activities be taken into consideration in ranking in order to remove emphasis from ranking based on academic performances and also to consider co-curricular activities as a vital element in a child’s education. We have a further amendment on 10A(2) for purposes of ranking under Subsection (1)."
