    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I rise to support the proposed amendment by the Committee. I had my own misgivings when the amendment was brought to the Floor of this House. As it has been indicated, sometimes it is extremely unfair to rank all schools together yet some schools do not have learning facilities. Some schools do not have qualified teachers or laboratories, yet they do the same examination with well equipped schools. They are ranked with schools which have all the facilities. The direction the Committee has taken, where only schools under similar circumstances are going to be ranked together, makes a lot of sense."
