    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support this amendment. I agree with the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology that ranking should be done in a more systematic manner than in the past. It is not possible to compare institutions which are not at the same development levels. Some schools lack basic facilities like laboratories and you want to compare them with Alliance and Lenana High Schools. It becomes difficult."
