    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would like to join my colleagues in supporting this amendment. I believe that the criterion being used now might be a bit fair. Originally, ranking of schools was used as a gimmick to market some schools at the expense of others. Rural schools have been left out. The equipment or the facilities available in those schools are inferior. That has been an abuse. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology should be very careful in the way it formulates the regulations."
