    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Bill particularly the amendment that has brought in other aspects of learning like extra-curricular activities. As for how this will be done, that is where experts will have to sit down and see what weight to give to each item. I am happy for the suggestion of ranking schools according to their management, academics, extra-curricular activities and many other aspects, so that everybody will be keen in their input."
