    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support and will make two comments. One, it is very important for all of us to take keen interest in this particular aspect. This will ensure that we begin to work together to solve the problems facing our children and institutions instead of playing the blame game. Secondly, it is high time we do tangible initiatives that can yield change within our institutions and society. This will show that we are developing and changing lives of the people. Let it be about the people and nothing else."
