    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will take the advice. I want to support this Bill. I am in support of the spirit of competition among schools. However, I am concerned about one thing. There are schools in some regions that continuously perform poorly in national examinations. I think it is important for the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the relevant Committee of this House to carry out investigations and find out why there is this poor performance of schools. One of the most important things that the Government should do is to facilitate officials in the Ministry to visit schools and carry out assessments, so that they can know the actual problem to ensure that these schools perform well."
