    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there are many aspects of water in schools. One of the important aspects is that we can get our children to learn farming. Some of them have not learnt farming very well. They can plant trees around schools. We can even go further to encourage most of our schools to keep poultry, dairy animals and even fish ponds. All those can supplement the income of schools and also supplement the school feeding programmes that are currently going on."
