    "content": "House. It is one of the most important Motions. This morning we are discussing the issue of ranking of schools in Kenya. One of the issues which affect schools is lack of water. The Government has already addressed food insecurity and electricity. One of the other very important issues that the Government needs to address is lack of water, particularly in the pastoralist areas. Most of these children cover very many kilometres to fetch water."
