    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Congratulations for your position and asante sana Bw . Mwadime. We cannot address the issue of health without mentioning water. This Motion is going to help Kenyans address this issue effectively. I would wish we amend this Motion by reintroducing and repealing the Water Act, 2002. This will enable the Government to compel all the water providers to supply water to all public institutions, particularly primary schools."
