    "content": "I know many children in various parts of Kenya who have very bad teeth because of fluoride and bad water. If this Motion becomes a Bill, most Kenyans will benefit, particularly our children in primary schools. We should all join hands and support Hon. Mwadime for coming up with such a brilliant Motion. It will compel governors who are misusing county money to provide water to schools."
