    "content": "I believe that this Motion will go a long way in alleviating some of the problems we have enumerated. The roles of chaplains, as have already been discussed by Hon. Odanga, the Mover of the Motion, need to be reiterated. Pupils joining a secondary school come from different backgrounds. The only way we can equalise their backgrounds is by having chaplains in schools. I strongly believe that once we have chaplains, our children will be taught ethical and spiritual values and other values that revolve around their lives. Once they have learnt these values, we will have children who will be brought up in the best way possible."
