    "content": "The other issue we expect the chaplains to handle is the question of stress management in our schools. Children belong to the community. There could be a serious breakdown in the institution of the family where a particular child comes from. With chaplains in school, such a child can be counselled and guided so that they can lead a very good life during their school time."
