    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have said that immediately that issue was brought to my notice, I wrote to them in March last year to give me a sealed copy. If there was failure on their part, they should have advised me and I could get it after which I could have seen how to execute the court order. However, my understanding with the community was to get a sealed copy of the court order so that I could take the process forward. In any case, I know that my Ministry is part of the Government of Kenya. My Ministry was not enjoined to the suit so that I can appeal to them to get me a copy of that letter. They are saying that the Government is slow. As it emerges now, they are the ones who are delaying the process of getting that order."
