    "content": "Article 239 of the Constitution lists the national security organs as the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF), the National Intelligence Service (NIS), and the National Police Service (NPS). Article 239(2) states that the primary object of the national security organs and security system is to promote and guarantee national security in accordance with the principles mentioned under Article 238(2) of the Constitution."
