    "content": "pertinences have been manned by strangers. I call them “strangers” because I do not know who they are. They seem to exercise more powers than the organs of national security that I have stated above. These strangers used to dress in National Youth Service (NYS) uniforms, which then changed to orange reflector jackets. They have now changed to dark suits. What is strange and unacceptable is the fact that we still have both the regular police officer and General Service Unit (GSU) personnel at the entrances of Parliament Buildings. They seem to be powerless in the hands of these people. They are the ones who inspect our vehicles, and occasionally order our personal security to disembark from our cars."
