    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the Committee agrees with the proposed amendment. This is a cleanup exercise. We want to congratulate them on this. In Clause 30 of the Bill, our Committee had amended the original Bill to define both “national” and “county forests” as public forests. This amendment is cleaning up what we had left out. We agree with this amendment."
