    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to comment on Clause 9(c) because we had dispensed off Clause 9(a) and (b). I want to concur with the Committee that we should reject the amendment on Clause 9(c) by the Senate because of some of the issues which they are raising, especially in (b), where a person is disqualified from becoming a member of the Board if he is a member of a governing body of a political party."
