When such an incident happens, it requires the Chair to put a Question on specific clauses, but not to reject the clause in totality. In this case, we agree with the Chair on Clause 9(a) and (b), but we only reject Clause 9(c). I know you have what it takes and you have been here many times. I have also been very attentive to legislative matters, particularly at the Committee of the whole House and I am requesting that we go as per the practice. We accept Clause 9(a) and (b).
