    "content": "I support, although I do not quite agree with the Chair of the Committee that the Senate should be doing editing work for the National Assembly. Some of the issues that are being highlighted here should be picked at the Committee stage. It is clearly known that the work of the Controller of Budget and Auditor-General are now quite distinct.
