    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support this amendment. I also want to congratulate the Senate for coming up with this amendment, specifically because in this Bill we are promoting plantation forests. That is to say, private people can go into forest business. Therefore, providing jobs for the local people is very important. It is good this is captured in the Bill so that it becomes mandatory for the investors to employ the people in the locality. Thank you."
