    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the Committee rejects the Senate Amendment to Clause 75. As Hon. Gumbo who left said, we should not let the editorial work be done by the Senate. These types of amendment were the usual type of amendments that the Senate would come up with in the past, but we had to reject them. This House did not repeal the Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 1999. We made extensive amendments. The Act remains Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 1999. The amendments of 2015 do not constitute a repeal of the 1999 Act. We reject this amendment on that basis."
