    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, there is no statute called the Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 2015. The one that exists is Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 1999. The Bill to amend the Act was an Amendment Bill. It was a Bill amending the Act of 1999, but retaining the original Act. There was no repeal. This is a mistake by the Clerks of the Committee in the Senate and the Clerk himself who forwarded the amendments to us."
