    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the Committee rejects the proposed amendment to Clause 77. This is normal. When we get to the last clauses, this happens. Through this amendment, the Senate is trying to exclude Government settlement schemes from categories of land registered as forest reserves. The amendment should not be adopted as Government settlement schemes do not fall within the description of forest reserves.
