    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The Committee rejects the proposed amendments by the Senate. The justification is that the proposed amendment is in conflict with the provision of Clauses 8 and 10 of the Bill. Clause 8 allows both Houses of Parliament 60 days within which to conclude consideration of an agreement. The proposed New Clause 9A allows the National Assembly to consider the agreement and forward its resolutions to the Senate. Clause 9A does not specify a specific period through which the Senate should conclude its work."
