    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill as amended. It is important that we have passed it. I recognise the importance of forest as part of our natural resources and this Bill clarifies that. As highlighted earlier in the discussion, it gives us the road map on how to manage our very important natural resources, especially when we are struggling with issues related to climate change. The issue of management of our forests is of fundamental importance as we struggle as a country to reach the required forest cover. Giving a clear management system and the policy regarding management of this important asset is important. Thank you."
