    "content": "This amendment provides for the powers of the Centre to take administrative action against any person or institutions for non-compliance. These are conventional banks, SMEs, micro-finance institutions, FOREX bureaus or hawallas who violate, in one or the other, the code of conduct that is given to them by the Financial Reporting Centre on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. If they violate that, this amendment gives powers to the Centre to take administrative actions against any person or institutions."
