"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am very proud to be here this morning and I thank all the Senators who are here. I know the Senate Majority Leader is on the way here. He has informed me as much and I believe that in a short while, we should be able to vote for all the Bills that we agreed to come and vote on. I would like to urge the Senators of the CORD to follow the example of Sen. (Dr.) Machage, Sen. Mwakulegwa and Sen. Omondi and, with all great humility, avail themselves in this very great House, so that they can carry out a responsibility that is not for Members of the Jubilee Coalition or the CORD but a national responsibility on behalf of their counties and the people of Kenya because there will be nothing else that we will say we have done if we cannot do that which the Constitution demands of us. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you and beg to support."
