    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, arising from your ruling, I would like to raise a very much wider and much more fundamental issue; that is the admissibility of evidence that is downloaded from computers. We are moving with technology and I quite agree with the way you have tackled this particular instance. However, it would be necessary for you to give proper guidelines in terms of rules for those of us, for the future of this Parliament and those to come in terms of the rules and procedure on the admissibility of evidence that is downloaded from computers because this is the way we are going. It would be necessary to have that guidance. This may not be immediate but in future you should give a more comprehensive guideline."
