    "content": "Hon. Senators, you note that we are done with Order No.4. Just like the Speaker communicated from the Chair, Orders No.5 to10, 12 to18 all require the threshold of 24 for a Division. Order No.11 is a constitutional amendment which requires two-thirds majority vote for it to pass. Therefore, Hon. Senators, I would have to re-organize the Order Paper so that having finished with Order No.4, it is obvious that we do not have a threshold to deal with any of other Orders in the Order Paper. Consequently, I have to adjourn the House."
