    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support what the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has said. It is important for us to encourage the locals to do business. In fact, it has always been in people’s minds that if we do not give incentives to the local business people, they cannot compete with our friends who come into this country. I support the amendment."
