    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for giving me this opportunity. I support Hon. Jude Njomo’s amendment to this Bill. I strongly support him in that if we allow foreign investors or even local investors who are constructing big establishments, it will encourage many more to enter into that venture. Secondly, I support the idea of doing it outside Nairobi, Mombasa and other big towns, so that we can decongest our cities and towns. I support the amendment."
