"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want that when I stand here to move those Bills no Kenyan, born and unborn, should ever raise an issue regarding the renewal of our Judiciary. This Bill, together with that of Vetting of Judges and Magistrates will be the beginning, the actual turning point for this country on dispute resolution. Therefore, the Commission, in our consultations yesterday, insisted that the Bill on Vetting of Judges and Magistrates be withdrawn and re-published. They said that I can re- publish those as quickly as possible even tomorrow, as soon as--- I am waiting for their letter so that if there is any substantive changes, amendments and proposals, we can also incorporate them. Similarly, I will also be waiting for any comments on the Judicial Service Bill so that we can incorporate them in the re-publishing."
