    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I support this Bill and the amendments that were brought, especially on the audit of expenditures in the counties, the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NGCDF) and the national Government. Just like my colleagues have said, there are serious corruption practices when it comes to auditing. We have witnessed situations where when auditors go to the counties or institutions that spend public funds, they do not do the auditing. Instead they collect money. They normally put a figure and failure to provide that amount they write serious statements and accusations against that institution."
