    "content": "Out of the 100 clauses in the Land Laws (Amendment) Bill that this House passed, only seven clauses had an issue with the Senate. This is what was reported to the Mediation Committee. Those are the clauses that we have mainly tackled. Of the seven clauses, what we came up with as amendments is upon agreement and consultation with the stakeholders. Therefore, out of the 100 Clauses, 93 were not affected. So, the adoption of those other clauses will be as per what the National Assembly had passed. Sometimes when we are developing this Bill, some stakeholders may not be able to go through them. Because of suspicions sometimes, it may look like some individuals including my Committee were moving their own. I want to thank the caucus especially the Members representing the pastoralists at the Coast that we were able to discuss and move together up to where we have reached.
