    "content": "The amendment seeks to provide for the definition of “caution” in land as included in the caveat. “Caveat” and “caution” are almost the same thing. The other clause that was affected was Clause 3 of that Bill. Previously, under Clause 3 there was no consultation with the county government but we have now included that matter of consulting the county government together with the national Government."
