    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. In fact, I was avoiding that. But you will recall that I really waited for this opportunity throughout the debate. I never had opportunity to talk about the people of Shinyalu Constituency. Nevertheless, I have covered my part only that it was to commend the Mediation Committee for what they have come up with. Justifiably, I put on record the wish of the people of Shinyalu that this be expeditiously dealt with. We have extended the deadline. We would like this law to be signed so that we can access land and have the opportunity to implement the provisions. Having said, I support the adoption of the Report. The faster we do it, the better because it will have an impact on poverty reduction in our country."
