    "content": "observed that the punishment on late registration should not be borne by students as it is the right of every person to attend the highest level of education. The Committee, therefore, directed the KNEC to release the examination results of the 2014 ECD candidates. The Committee also directed the Ministry to review the policy on all types of levies to be levied by the examination body. The Committee notes that the Cabinet Secretary for Education constitutes a new council to ensure proper management of examinations at all levels. As such, the Committee recommends a thorough lifestyle audit of the staff of the KNEC. Thank you."
