    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, where we had the discussion on Murang’a University College. I am surprised with what the Chairperson is reporting on the recruitment of the Registrar of the university. I recall in one of our meetings, these facts were to be verified. It was alleged that the position of the Registrar was advertised when he was already confirmed in the position. However, the fact on the ground was not correct. In fact, I am wondering whether my signature is on that Report. That fact is not correct."
