    "content": "I hope various Chairs of Committees will note the Reports that will be given priority. We have to finalise Bills with constitutional timelines. If you look at our Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, you will find that the Finance Bill must be passed within 90 days, which will expire on 28th September, 2016. According to our calendar, this House will be on recess in the month of September. The House is urged to move with speed and show the usual agility in considering the Finance Bill before the end of this month. The Member for Ugunja, you are terribly active."
